How can homeowners, communities, and cities ensure that older homes and neighborhoods maintain the character that makes them so desirable to buyers? This 2-hour, 2 CE credit class explains the purpose, reach and responsibilities of your local Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC), and why it matters to you and your business.
Constance Vork, Old Home Certified agent and a former commissioner of the Minneapolis HPC, gives an essential overview of HPCs, Historic Districts, Conservation Districts, and local landmarks. Along the way, she'll offer insights about how such places may impact real estate agents and their clients. This one's a must for any agent who works with older properties!
This Old Home Certified class is worth 2 CE credits to licensed Minnesota Realtors®. Open to all.
