Description

Minnesota Realtors know that our state's cities, town, and neighborhoods boast a wide variety of architectural styles. But can they name those styles and identify their characteristic features? This two-hour class looks at the typical styles of old Minnesota homes, from the 1850s through the 1960s, through common styles and details on high-style to vernacular examples.

Taught by architectural historian Kristin Anderson, this class will strengthen your knowledge of urban and residential evolution, Minnesota's architectural styles, and historical trends.

Refund and cancellation policy: Please email nheneghan@mnpreservation.org if you wish to cancel your registration and would like a refund. Preservation Alliance of Minnesota will refund the cost of the class within 7 days of your cancellation.

Brought to you by the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota, this Old Home Certified class is worth 2 CE credits to licensed Minnesota Realtors®. It is open to all.
